Nest turned off AC

My Nest thermostat is set on a schedule to keep the AC temperature at 72 F. The Auto Schedule is turned off. I just returned after being out for three hours and the house is at 78 F. Is there some other setting you should address?

Is Nest Aware Plus Discontinued?

Help refers to "Nest Aware Plus" that offers 60 day event and 10 day continuous recording. But no where can I find where to upgrade my subscription to it. Nor can I find any announcement that it was discontinued. What's up with that?
